Which countries are Zone 1 and which are Zone 2?
Zone 1 (€6.99, free over €100): Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and others.

Will I pay customs or import duty?
Not within the European Union. Goods dispatched from our Netherlands facility are already in free circulation, so no customs charge arises on delivery to an EU address. Outside the EU, any duty is shown at checkout where we can calculate it, or collected by the carrier.
My order seems delayed
Start with the tracking link sent by email or SMS, which lets you reschedule or reroute. If the parcel has not moved two business days after dispatch, contact us with your order number.
How discreet is delivery and billing?
Parcels leave in plain outer packaging with no branding, product imagery or wording on the outside. The sender name on the label is not the brand name, and card statements show a neutral descriptor.
Can I ship to a locker or collection point?
Some tracked services require a signature. If your locker or pick-up provider accepts signed deliveries, you can use it. Please confirm with them before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No. Orders enter our fulfilment system immediately, which is what makes same-day dispatch possible. Once placed, they cannot be amended or cancelled.
- Address changes: not possible after checkout. Use the carrier tracking link to redirect or reschedule where the service allows it.
- Basket changes: review before paying, as items cannot be added or removed afterwards.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt. Once a hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept a return, for the protection of every customer.

- Refunds cover the item price. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
- Faulty items are replaced free of charge once inspected.

Are Dragon Dildo® toys body safe?
Yes. Every sculpt is cast in 100% platinum-cure silicone, which is body safe, non-porous, phthalate-free and latex-free. Non-porous is the part that matters most: the surface has nowhere for bacteria to sit, so a toy cleans properly rather than just looking clean.
There are no coatings, adhesives or surface treatments. Colour comes from silicone-compatible pigment held inside the cured body, not painted on. We hold material declarations for our product families, and independent substance testing for the silicone used across the range.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based only. Silicone-based lubricants react with silicone products and can leave the surface tacky or cause it to break down. Our own water-based lubricant is made to pair with the range.
How to use and care for your toy
- Always use the flared base. Do not fully insert the product. The base is cast as one piece with the sculpt and is a retrieval safety feature.
- Inspect before each use. Do not use a product that is damaged, split or degraded.
- Clean before and after every use with warm water and a mild, unperfumed soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry fully.
- Store dry and away from light, out of the reach of children.
- Do not share without cleaning between users.
- Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, discomfort or any adverse reaction.
- These products do not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.

How do you know a review is genuine?
Every review published on this store is tied to a completed order. The invitation goes out by email after delivery, to the address the order was placed with, so nobody can review a product they have not bought from us. We do not write reviews, we do not buy them, and we do not remove one for being unfavourable. What testing and documentation do you hold?
Our silicone has been tested independently by SGS. That testing covers REACH SVHC screening, with no Candidate List substance detected above the 0.1% w/w threshold; FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, the United States requirement for rubber articles in repeated food contact; and California Proposition 65 screening, with no substance in the applicable test panel detected above its reporting limit. A Safety Data Sheet is held for each of the two silicone components.
Test results attach to the material they were performed on. Documentation covering one range, material or formulation does not automatically extend to another, and we may introduce further ranges and formulations over time, holding documentation for each. Ask about a specific piece and we will confirm exactly what applies to it.
Can I see the test reports?
The reports themselves are not published, as they contain commercially sensitive manufacturing information. Any individual result will gladly be confirmed in writing. Email us with the product concerned and what the information is for.
Do you hold an extractables and leachables study?
No. That is not part of the documentation we currently keep for this range, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Everything we do hold is set out on our materials, testing and safety page.

Who is your EU Responsible Person?

Under the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, a manufacturer established outside the European Union must appoint a Responsible Person inside it. Euverify Limited is appointed for the European Union, EFTA and Switzerland, and is the point of contact for market surveillance authorities.
Is there a safety standard for products like these?
Yes. ISO 3533:2021 sets design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia. We design and document our range with reference to it. It is an international standard rather than a harmonised European one, so it is not a conformity mark and we make no claim of presumed conformity, but it is the recognised benchmark for this category.
Do these products carry a CE mark?
No, and they should not. Our toys are non-electronic and battery-free, so they fall under the General Product Safety Regulation rather than any directive requiring CE marking. They are also outside the scope of the Toy Safety Directive, which covers products intended for children.
What information comes with my order?
A card enclosed with every order carries our manufacturer details, our EU Responsible Person details, the product identifier and the safety warnings in English, German and Dutch. The same information appears on every product page before you buy.
