Do you ship to all EU countries?
Not yet. We currently deliver to Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland, all from our Netherlands warehouse and fully tracked. Further European markets will be added as each opens.
Are there customs fees on EU orders?
No. Dragon Dildo® Europe operates from the Netherlands and ships within the EU. All orders move as standard EU domestic parcels with no customs fees and no import duties.
Is the packaging discreet?
Completely. Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product name or brand reference visible. Billing uses a discreet descriptor on your bank statement.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy on unused, unopened products in line with EU consumer law. Email orders@dragondildo.com to arrange a return.
