Shipping & Delivery Policy – Dragon Dildo® Europe

Fast & Discreet EU Dispatch

At Dragon Dildo® Europe, we pride ourselves on fast, discreet delivery across the European Union. All orders are carefully packaged without any external references to product names or our brand for your privacy. Every order ships from our Amsterdam warehouse.

EU Delivery

Free Express Signed & Tracked Delivery is available across the EU when you spend €50 or more.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM CET are dispatched the same day from our Amsterdam warehouse.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM CET, or on weekends/public holidays, will ship the next working day.
  • All orders are shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse via trusted EU carriers (DHL, DPD, PostNL) and are fully trackable. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.

Please note: Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Netherlands Delivery

As we ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands customers enjoy the fastest delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Express delivery: Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 11:00 AM CET

International Shipping (Outside EU)

We ship worldwide from our Amsterdam facility. Orders outside the European Union are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • You may be contacted by your local courier to pay customs duties, VAT, or import fees before delivery.
  • Transit times vary by region, and delays can occur due to customs checks or local carrier issues.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Note: We currently do not ship to Australia or New Zealand.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 working days
  • Belgium, Germany, France: 2–4 working days
  • Other EU Countries: 3–7 working days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 working days (customs clearance required post-Brexit)
  • Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 working days (customs clearance required - not EU members)
  • Worldwide (non-EU): 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal strikes, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if delays occur.

No Brexit Delays Within EU

As an EU-based business shipping from Amsterdam, orders within the European Union experience no Brexit-related delays or surprise customs fees. Your order moves freely across EU borders with standard delivery times.

United States shipping (DDP)

We now offer Postal Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States from the UK.

This means:

  • Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us

  • Simplified customs clearance under the US postal framework

  • No charges due on delivery for US customers

Discretion & Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external product references or company name. The sender is listed as a generic business name for maximum privacy. Your privacy is always our priority.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our Amsterdam warehouse. If you have not received your tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact orders@dragondildo.com.

Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us after 14 days (EU) or 21 days (worldwide) from dispatch
  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • Refused delivery: Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
