Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on dragondildo.com are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the Netherlands. Because your order ships from within the EU, there are no customs charges and no import fees.

Where we ship

We currently deliver within the European Union. If you are in the United Kingdom or the United States, please order from dragondildo.co.uk.

Discreet packaging

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the product or to our brand. Your bank statement will show SP DDCM.

Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): €4.99. Free on orders over €60
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): €12.99

All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are typically dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

All orders are sent by tracked courier. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within two working days, contact orders@dragondildo.com.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, industrial action, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancelling or changing an order

We aim to dispatch quickly, so we cannot always amend an order once it is placed. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal: as an EU consumer you may withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exceptions in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. Contact orders@dragondildo.com as soon as possible and we will help where we can.

Delivery problems

  • Not arrived: contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch
  • Damaged on arrival: contact us with photographs as soon as possible
  • Incorrect address supplied: if a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incomplete or incorrect, we will refund the order value less the outbound and return carriage costs actually incurred
  • Delivery refused: where you refuse delivery rather than exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the order value less the carriage costs actually incurred
