What are delivery times and rates?
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands, typically within one working day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland. We are opening further European markets and will list them here as each goes live.

Will I pay customs or import duty?
No. Goods dispatched from our Netherlands facility are already in free circulation within the European Union, so no customs charge or import fee arises on delivery to a German, Dutch or Irish address. The price you see includes VAT and there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
My order seems delayed
Start with the tracking link sent by email, which lets you reschedule or reroute. If tracking has not updated for three business days, or your order has not arrived within ten business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number.
How discreet is delivery and billing?
Parcels leave in plain outer packaging with no branding, product imagery or wording on the outside. The sender name on the label is not the brand name.
Your bank or card statement shows DDCM or AJC Marketing Ltd, depending on the payment method. Our brand name does not appear.
Can I ship to a locker or collection point?
Where the carrier offers it, yes. Use the tracking link after dispatch to redirect your parcel to a locker or pick-up point on the carrier's network.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders enter our fulfilment system quickly, so we cannot usually amend the contents or the delivery address once checkout is complete. Contact us at orders@dragondildo.com straight away and we will help where we can.
- Address changes: use the carrier tracking link to redirect or reschedule where the service allows it.
- Basket changes: review before paying, as items cannot reliably be added or removed afterwards.
This does not affect your statutory rights. As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your contract at any point after placing your order and for 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the sealed-goods exception below.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Once a hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept a return, for the protection of every customer.

- Where you withdraw within the statutory 14 days, we refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost.
- Return carriage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty items are replaced free of charge once inspected, or refunded in full including carriage.
EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The sealed-goods exemption in Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive applies to items of this kind once unsealed, on health and hygiene grounds.
Can I return a toy once I have opened it?

Something is wrong with my order
My item arrived damaged
Email orders@dragondildo.com with your order number and a photograph of the item and the packaging, within a reasonable time of delivery. Damaged and faulty items are replaced free of charge, or refunded in full including carriage. You are not asked to pay return postage on a faulty item.
I received the wrong item or colourway
Get in touch with your order number and a photograph of what arrived. We will send the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong one at our cost.
Part of my order is missing
Larger orders are occasionally split across more than one parcel, so check your tracking for a second consignment first. If nothing else is due, contact us with the order number and we will resolve it.
A product developed a fault after use
Contact us with your order number and a description of what has happened. EU consumers have a two-year legal guarantee against goods that do not conform to the contract. That covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, damage from silicone-based lubricant, or damage caused by use outside our care instructions.

Not yet. Those are the three markets we currently serve from our Netherlands facility. Further European countries are being added and will appear here as each opens. United Kingdom and United States customers should order from dragondildo.co.uk.
Where do you dispatch from?
Our fulfilment partner in the Netherlands handles all European orders.
Will a sold-out sculpt come back?
Usually, yes. Most sculpts restock, though a specific colourway may not return in the same form. Contact us about a particular piece and we will tell you what is planned.
Can I order a custom colourway?
Not currently. Colourways are produced in set runs. If there is a combination you want, tell us, as several of our releases started as a customer's suggestion.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No. Every order ships in the same plain, unbranded packaging, which we think is the more useful thing for products of this kind.
What will appear on my bank or card statement?
DDCM or AJC Marketing Ltd, depending on the payment method. Our brand name does not appear.

Are Dragon Dildo® toys body safe?
Yes. Every sculpt is cast in 100% platinum-cure silicone, which is body safe, non-porous, phthalate-free and latex-free. Non-porous is the part that matters most: the surface has nowhere for bacteria to sit, so a toy cleans properly rather than just looking clean.
There are no coatings, adhesives or surface treatments. Colour comes from silicone-compatible pigment held inside the cured body, not painted on. We hold material declarations for our product families, and independent substance testing for the silicone used across the range.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based only. Silicone-based lubricants react with silicone products and can leave the surface tacky or cause it to break down. Oil-based lubricants are also best avoided, as they are difficult to clean off fully.
How do I choose the right size?
Girth is what decides whether a toy works for you, not length. Most first-time buyers order something larger than they can comfortably take, so if you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. You can always move up later.
Every product page lists insertable length and largest insertable diameter in centimetres. Diameter is the number to pay attention to. If you already own a toy you get on with, measure its widest point and compare.
What firmness should I pick?
Softer silicone gives under pressure and forgives a wider diameter, which makes it the sensible choice if you are new to a shape. Firmer silicone holds its form, transmits texture more sharply and suits experienced users who want the sculpt to be felt rather than absorbed. Where a sculpt is offered in more than one firmness, the option appears on the product page.
Do the ridges and scales make a difference?
Yes, and more than the dimensions suggest. A heavily textured sculpt feels considerably more intense than a smooth one of the same diameter. Factor that in when comparing against something plain you already own.
What if I get it wrong?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Once a hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept a return, so it is worth checking the measurements before you open anything. If you are unsure, ask us first and we will tell you honestly rather than sell you the bigger one.
How do the ejaculating toys work?
An ejaculating sculpt has an internal channel running the length of the shaft, connected by tubing to a hand pump or syringe. You fill the reservoir, position the tubing, and squeeze when you want it. Everything is supplied with the toy.
What can I put in it?
Water-based lubricant, or warm water. Nothing silicone-based, nothing oil-based, and nothing containing sugar or food ingredients, which will spoil inside the channel and are difficult to flush out.
How do I clean the channel?
Flush it through with warm water and mild unperfumed soap immediately after use, then flush again with clean water until it runs clear. Leave it to drain and air-dry fully before storing. The channel is the part that is easy to neglect and the part where neglect matters most.
How to use and care for your toy
- Always use the flared base. Do not fully insert the product. The base is cast as one piece with the sculpt and is a retrieval safety feature.
- Inspect before each use. Do not use a product that is damaged, split or degraded.
- Clean before and after every use with warm water and a mild, unperfumed soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry fully.
- Store dry and away from light, out of the reach of children.
- Do not share without cleaning between users.
- Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, discomfort or any adverse reaction.
- These products do not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.

What testing and documentation do you hold?
Our silicone has been tested independently by SGS. The result most relevant in Europe is REACH SVHC screening, with no Candidate List substance detected above the 0.1% w/w threshold. The same material has additionally been tested against FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, the United States requirement for rubber articles in repeated food contact, and California Proposition 65, with no substance in the applicable test panel detected above its reporting limit. A Safety Data Sheet is held for each of the two silicone components.
Test results attach to the material they were performed on. Documentation covering one range, material or formulation does not automatically extend to another, and we may introduce further ranges and formulations over time, holding documentation for each. Ask about a specific piece and we will confirm exactly what applies to it.
Can I see the test reports?
The reports themselves are not published, as they contain commercially sensitive manufacturing information. Any individual result will gladly be confirmed in writing. Email us with the product concerned and what the information is for.
Do you hold an extractables and leachables study?
No. That is not part of the documentation we currently keep for this range, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Everything we do hold is set out on our materials, testing and safety page.

Who is your EU Responsible Person?

Under the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, a manufacturer established outside the European Union must appoint a Responsible Person inside it. Euverify Limited is appointed for the European Union, EFTA and Switzerland, and is the point of contact for market surveillance authorities.
Is there a safety standard for products like these?
Yes. ISO 3533:2021 sets design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia. We design and document our range with reference to it. It is an international standard rather than a harmonised European one, so it is not a conformity mark and we make no claim of presumed conformity, but it is the recognised benchmark for this category.
Do these products carry a CE mark?
No, and they should not. Our toys are non-electronic and battery-free, so they fall under the General Product Safety Regulation rather than any directive requiring CE marking. They are also outside the scope of the Toy Safety Directive, which covers products intended for children.
Is it legal to buy these products in Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland?
Yes. Adult products of this kind are legal to buy and own in all three countries for anyone aged 18 or over. There is no import restriction to worry about either, since orders ship domestically from within the European Union rather than crossing a border.
How do you verify my age?
You confirm you are 18 or over before checkout, and our terms require it. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18, and we will cancel and refund an order where we have reason to believe the buyer is underage. Parcels arrive in plain packaging with no age-restricted marking on the outside, so please make sure delivery is somewhere a minor will not open it.
What information comes with my order?
A card enclosed with every order carries our manufacturer details, our EU Responsible Person details, the product identifier and the safety warnings in English, German and Dutch. The same information appears on every product page before you buy.
