This website is operated by AJC Marketing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 11585881, 4th Floor, 18 St Cross Street, London EC1N 8UN, United Kingdom, trading as Dragon Dildo® Europe. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Age
This site and all products sold on it are strictly for adults. You may not use this site or place an order unless you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if that is higher. We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under age.
2. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we cannot deliver to your address.
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the rate applicable in your country. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
3. Products
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and hand-finished items vary slightly from piece to piece. This is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
Some items are produced in limited quantities. We may limit quantities per customer.
4. Delivery, withdrawal and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Your right of withdrawal and our returns process are set out in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Health and safe use
Our products are for adult use only. Follow the instructions supplied. Clean before and after use. Use a water-based lubricant unless the product states compatibility with other types. Inspect products before each use and stop using any item that is damaged or degraded. Do not modify products.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition or experience discomfort, stop and consult a healthcare professional.
6. Our products
Our silicone fantasy toys are made from platinum-cure silicone and are free from phthalates, BPA and latex. Compliance documentation is available on request and through our appointed EU Responsible Person, whose details appear in our Legal Notice.
7. Fantasy and creative intent
Dragon Dildo® creates fantasy-themed products inspired by mythology, folklore and imagination. All designs are fictional. We do not reference or sexualise real animals in our products, branding or marketing. Any resemblance is unintentional and incidental to the fantasy theme.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to harvest personal data, or to attempt to circumvent our security. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
9. Your submissions
If you send us reviews, images, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to license and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful or breaches these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
Dragon Dildo® is a registered trade mark of AJC Marketing Ltd. All site content, product designs, sculpts, photography and text are our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for liability under product liability law, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in this section affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We will bring any proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, contact orders@dragondildo.com and we will do our best to resolve it directly.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked from them, form the entire agreement between us. We may update these Terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
