This website is operated by Dragon Dildo® Europe ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Services" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site. Our European store is hosted by Shopify Inc. and operates from our Amsterdam headquarters, serving customers across the EU.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
1. Online Store Terms
You confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your place of residence), or have parental consent for any minor dependents who use the site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and you must comply with all EU and local laws applicable to your use of the Services.
Transmitting malware, worms, or destructive code is prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your access.

We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
Except for payment card data (which is encrypted in transit), your content may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements of networks and devices.

Product prices (displayed in EUR) and availability may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time. We are not liable for such changes.
5. Products & Services
Certain items may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's color accuracy.
We may limit sales by person, household, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities at our discretion.
Descriptions and pricing may change without notice. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
6. Orders, Billing & Account Information
We may refuse or cancel orders, including those placed under the same account, card, or address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it.
All orders are shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse. Delivery times vary by EU country.

7. Optional Tools & New Features
We may offer access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms. New features and services will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-party materials, websites, or services accessible via the site are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Review the third party's terms before engaging in transactions with them.
9. User Comments & Submissions
By submitting ideas, comments, or materials ("Comments"), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish, translate, and distribute them.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content we deem unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms or applicable EU laws.
You will not submit content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, obscene, or contains malware. You are solely responsible for your Comments and their accuracy.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and EU data protection laws.
11. Errors & Omissions
Occasionally, site content may include typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, or transit times. We may correct errors and update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by EU law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products under the EU Product Liability Directive, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under EU law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Dildo® Europe and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable under EU law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect.
17. Termination
These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for suspected violations. Obligations incurred before termination survive.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies posted on the site including our Privacy Policy, Returns/Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior understandings.
19. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

Our products are for adult use only (18+ or age of majority in your jurisdiction). Follow product instructions, clean before and after use, and discontinue use immediately if discomfort occurs.

Use water-based lubricants unless a product explicitly states compatibility with other lubricant types.

Own-Brand Products
Our platinum silicone fantasy toys are manufactured to body-safe standards and are free from phthalates, BPA, and latex. Compliance documentation is available on request.
Third-Party Products
Dragon Jizz™ is manufactured by a third-party supplier and distributed by ACB Partners Ltd, Hong Kong. Dragon Dildo® acts as an authorised reseller only and is not responsible for the formulation, manufacture, or testing of this product. Dragon Jizz™ is sold for external use only in accordance with the manufacturer's stated intended use. This product has not been assessed under EU MDR 2017/745 by Dragon Dildo® and is not marketed as a medical device or cosmetic product within the European Union. Customers who choose to use this product in any other manner do so at their own risk.
Fantasy & Creative Intent
Dragon Dildo® creates fantasy-themed toys inspired by mythical creatures, folklore, and imagination. All designs are entirely fictional. We do not fetishize, reference, or sexualise real animals in any of our products, branding, or marketing. Any resemblance to real animals is unintentional and incidental to the fantasy theme.
