Refund policy

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate consignments, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the period expires. Email orders@dragondildo.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form in section 6. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost. Where you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we reimburse the cheapest standard rate.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fee as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service, as you bear the risk of loss in transit.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds. Under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery. All adult toy products sold on this site fall within this exception. Once the seal is broken the item cannot be returned. Items that remain sealed can be returned in the normal way within 14 days.

Goods made to your specifications. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Print-on-demand merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, tote bags and tumblers, is produced individually for each order and falls within this exception.

4. How to return an eligible item

Contact us at orders@dragondildo.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm the correct return address.

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened, undamaged sealed packaging
• You cover the direct cost of return postage
• The item must be sent within 14 days of you notifying us

We charge no restocking fee. Items sent to us without prior contact may be delayed.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

This section is separate from, and in addition to, your right of withdrawal.

If goods do not conform to the contract you have statutory rights under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the implementing law of your country of residence, including a minimum two-year liability period in most member states. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Contact orders@dragondildo.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs. We do not charge you for return postage on non-conforming goods.

6. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not obliged to use it.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. Where this policy conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.
